PRIVATE CLASSES ONLY at the moment.
Our Aerial Silks classes can be mixed ability levels and complete beginners are always welcome. Beginners will be focusing on Hitch Knot combos and Basic Footlock combos. Improvers will be working on lots of things including double footlock skills, hip keys and variations, basic inverted combos, and lots more!

About Classes
Classes begin with a fun dance / aerobic warm up, followed by learning to create beautiful poses using the fabric, then we finish with a cool down, consisting of stretches and strengthening exercises. Please read the FAQs to find out what is suitable to wear for lessons.
These aerial silks classes are suitable for complete beginners! You don’t need to be able to climb or hold your own bodyweight to start with. The silks we use at Emily’s Pole Fitness are from Firetoys – made from a durable, ladder-resistant fabric, they are very strong and will not break. ANYONE can try silks – any size, any shape, any fitness!

Private Classes
Private classes can be arranged with one of our instructors at a time convenient for you, as long as it doesn’t clash with a class that is already running. A private class costs £50 for an hour for one person, or £25 per person for two people or more, to be paid directly to the instructor you’d like to book in with.

Silks / Circus Parties
You can book a circus party (aerial hoop, silks or both) for any occasion: work team building, birthday, hen do… anything you like! A circus party is 60 minutes long and can be booked for up to 16 people. The price is £25 per person which needs to be paid for in advance to secure your booking. The studio can be decorated to suit your party and you will all receive a certificate of attendance.
