When you get to BSS House, park at the Manor
Furniture side and walk in through the door next to the
shutters (access B), walk straight forward down the hall
and turn right, Emily’s studio is the first door on the
right, Unit 78.

The number 13 and 14 bus from Fleming Way (bus shelter D) in town centre will take you to
Bailey’s Corner, next to the Esso garage, from there it is a 2 minute walk down Cheney Manor
Industrial Estate (opposite the Esso garage). BSS House is on your right hand side, it is a big
building so walk down to the far end where Manor Furniture is and go through the door (access B
next to the shutters).
