Aerial Hoop Instructor
Jenna’s proudest job is being a full time mummy to her amazing boy, Harry, but she also incredibly works as a veterinary nurse. As her job suggests, Jenna is a lover of all animals, having her own array of pets. She does confess that she has a particular obsession with cats, holding a certificate in feline nursing and starting a certificate in feline behaviour.
In 2015, Jenna was persuaded by friends to take a leap out of her comfort zone and attend pole lessons at Emily’s. She instantly fell in love. It didn’t take long until she naturally thought ‘why not give hoop a go’ and started hoop in 2016. This became her new love, so she shifted focus in training to aerial hoop and she loved gaining in strength.
In 2017, Jenna was overjoyed to find out she was pregnant, though reluctantly had to force herself away from the studio to protect her baby boy. During her time off, she was itching to return, so at the earliest possibility (only 3 months after giving birth) she was cleared by the doctor to train.
“I decided I wanted to become an instructor when I came back from having a baby, I really struggled with my confidence and my strength. Each and every instructor was amazing at helping me build up to my pre pregnancy strength, fitness and confidence. I knew there and then that I wanted to be that person to help others achieve their goals.”
