Aerial Hoop Instructor
Ashley is an assistant psychologist, spending her days working in the NHS with people with mental health difficulties. She has a wealth of experience working with children with physical and learning disabilities and really values supporting people to live a happy fulfilled life.
In September 2016, Ashley joined Emily’s Pole Fitness by recommendation of Dani (pole instructor and ultimate badass). She started with pole lessons, considering it a good opportunity to try something unique. Ashley fell in love at the first lesson and soon wanted to try all of the aerial arts. A year later and Ashley was regularly training in pole and silks, soon adding regular hoop lessons to the mix. Training several times a week, Ashley gained in strength and confidence; even finding some coordination and elegance along the way. Ashley considers Emily’s Pole Fitness a second home, making the best memories with incredible people.
Ashley’s life now completely revolves around training, work and her golden retriever, Riley. When not in the studio, you’ll find Ashley trying to turn Riley into the next family circus star by dragging him to dog agility classes.
