Our flexibility courses run for 4 weeks which consist of 4 x 60 minute sessions. We work on all types of flexibility from splits stretching, shoulders and back stretching. We are hoping to set up more flexibility classes once all social distancing rules are over.

How to Book and Pay
To book yourself in to stretch classes, firstly contact us to see if there is space. Emily will get back to you to book you in.
Once you are booked in, you need to pay in advance for the class using the PayPal button under ‘Book In’. You do not need a PayPal account to pay your deposit – most credit and debit cards are accepted by the PayPal service. Bookings are not secure until paid for.
As you advance in pole and aerial arts, flexibility becomes more important to prevent injury and achieve those next big moves. We run stretch courses for all levels – from people who can’t yet touch their toes, to people who already find the splits easy. Combining a range of active, passive, isometric and partner stretches, the knowledgeable, bendy and skilled instructors at Emily’s Pole Fitness will challenge everyone at a safe and appropriate level. A 4 week course costs £45 and consists of 4 x 60 minute sessions.
Courses run regularly and you need to book on to a full course, there are no drop in options for these courses. Please email us to book in.
Before I joined Emily’s Pole Fitness, I found exercise to be a chore! Now I’ve found a way to get strong and fit in a way that is truly addictive. I keep trying new classes and I fall in love with each one I try. The instructors are excellent, supportive and really notice progress. It’s a community of such supportive students, who all promote body confidence and being proud of each other (instead of competing with each other). I’d highly recommend it to anyone!
