Aerial hoop courses run on Sundays, you have the option to book on to the full course for £56 or you can pay for one or more drop in classes if you can’t make the whole course for £15 per class. The next course dates are: Sunday 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th January 2019

Please note: You MUST pay for the entire course of four lessons. We cannot offer refunds for lessons you are unable to attend, or accept part-payment for courses. Once you have booked on, it is your responsibility to attend every session. We offer private classes at times to suit you if the group lesson time isn’t convenient.

How to Book and Pay
To book yourself in to start hoop classes, firstly contact us to see if there is space at your level. If you wish to start in a class above beginner level, please give a little bit of detail about your aerial experience when you send your message. Emily or one of her team will get back to you to book you in at the right level.
Once you are booked in, you need to pay for the course or class you would like to book on to by clicking on the PayPal button in the Book In section. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your classes – most credit and debit cards are accepted by the PayPal service. Your booking is not secure until your course or class is paid.
I had never found a hobby that stuck before Emily's Pole Fitness. I have been part of Emily’s pole family for over 5 years. I love the amazing people who teach here & the people you meet along the way, many of whom have become some of my closest friends.
Lessons begin with a 10 minute fun dance / aerobic warm up, followed by learning tricks, poses and positions in the aerial hoop (like the ones in the video at the bottom of this page), then we finish with a cool down, consisting of stretches and strengthening exercises. Please read the FAQs to find out what is suitable to wear during lessons.
Aerial hoop does take a lot of upper body strength, but complete beginners are always welcome! Very few people start out with the upper body strength to lift themselves easily into the hoop, but you will build up your strength over time, learning tricks and poses step-by-step. Whatever your ability level, the instructor will be able to help you get into the hoop and start achieving things you never thought you could!
Each class is so much fun and I no longer hate exercising! Hoop and pole are the best ways to exercise for me and I have finally found confidence in myself. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and the instructors are so supportive and they inspire me each week to be stronger. I have gained so much strength since starting at Emily’s Pole Fitness but it has also helped with my anxiety, as I never would have stepped foot into a new class on my own but now I know that it is a safe place with wonderful people.
Hoop / Circus Parties
A party at Emily’s Pole Fitness is a private session where you and your friends will have the instructor’s whole attention. Sessions are between 70 and 90 minutes long, depending on how many people are attending. The price is £25 per person, and a 2-person deposit (£50) is required to secure the booking. The studio will be decorated for you. Your session will begin with a fun warm up, you will then get to know the equipment, and learn some moves suitable for complete beginners with plenty of photo opportunities. At the end, all participants will receive a certificate. Ideal for hen parties, birthdays, work dos and all other celebrations!
Contact us to enquire about booking. When Emily has confirmed a date and time with you, please use the Paypal button below to pay your 2-person deposit (£50) to secure your booking.
Private lessons can be arranged with Emily, Mel, Leah or Azaria at a time convenient for you, as long as it doesn’t clash with a class that is already running. A private lessons costs £45 for an hour for one person, or £22.50 per person for two people or more, to be paid in cash directly to the instructor at the beginning of your lesson.
