Lessons begin with a 10 minute fun dance / aerobic warm up, followed by learning to create beautiful poses using the fabric (see the video
at the bottom of this page), then we finish with a cool down, consisting of stretches and strengthening exercises. Please read the FAQs

These aerial silks classes are suitable for complete beginners! You don't need to be able to climb or hold your own bodyweight to start with. The silks we use at Emily's Pole Fitness are from Firetoys – made from a durable, ladder-resistant fabric, they are very strong and will not break. ANYONE can try silks – any size, any shape, any fitness!
