Lessons begin with a 10 minute fun dance / aerobic warm up, followed by learning tricks, poses and positions in the aerial hoop (like the ones in the video
at the bottom of this page), then we finish with a cool down, consisting of stretches and strengthening exercises. Please read the FAQs

Aerial hoop does take a lot of upper body strength, but complete beginners are always welcome! Very few people start out with the upper body strength to lift themselves easily into the hoop, but you will build up your strength over time, learning tricks and poses step-by-step. Whatever your ability level, the instructor will be able to help you get into the hoop and start achieving things you never thought you could!

How to book and pay
To book yourself in to start hoop classes, firstly contact us
to see if there is space at your level. If you wish to start in a class above beginner level, please give a little bit of detail about your aerial experience when you send your message. Emily or one of her team will get back to you to book you in at the right level.
Once you are booked in, you need to pay to secure your space – bookings are not secure until paid for. If you are booking in for a 4 week course, you can pay in advanced for all 4 lessons at once to save money. If you can't commit to all 4 lessons in a course, you can use the single lesson button to pay individually for the sessions you can attend. Please use the PayPal buttons under 'Booking In'. You do not need a PayPal account to pay your deposit – most credit and debit cards are accepted by the PayPal service.
